Hunter Profiles is a literary agency representing authors of commercial fiction and non-fiction writing on a wide range of subjects across all territories and media. The agency is focused on working with talented new authors of both fiction and non-fiction and helping well-known names from outside the publishing world produce successful books.

Hunter Profiles is run by Humfrey Hunter. Prior to becoming a literary agent, Humfrey was a journalist at newspapers including The Sunday Times, The Sun and The London Evening Standard before becoming a PR consultant specialising in crisis management. Alongside his work as a literary agent, Humfrey is the co-author of Calum Best’s memoir Second Best. Humfrey is also author of The Men Files, published by Headline in April 2011, ghostwrote The Viking, the autobiography of the darts player Andy Fordham, published in 2009 by Pennant Books, and edited a collection of stories called The Best Day of My Life. He is the publisher of Silvertail Books.
